As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of CEO Circle, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting CEO Circle as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to CEO Circle by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the CEO Circle Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
This Agreement applies in addition to, and does not replace, the general Terms and Conditions of the CEO Circle website, which continue to apply to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the general Terms and Conditions in relation to the Affiliate Program, this Agreement shall prevail.
Eligibility
The Program is open to any registered member of CEO Circle. You do not need an active paid subscription to participate — a free registered account is sufficient. By registering as an Affiliate you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions
Commission rates, tier structures, and any applicable bonuses are published in the Affiliate dashboard and on the Ambassador Programme page within the platform. These rates are kept up to date and may be revised from time to time in accordance with the “Changes to this Agreement” section below. The rates in force at the time a commission is earned are the rates that apply to that commission.
The Program operates a multi-tier structure. Tier 1 covers commissions on direct sales you generate. Tier 2 covers override commissions on sales generated by Affiliates you have personally recruited into the Program. Full details of both tiers are published in the Affiliate dashboard.
Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days. There is no minimum payout threshold — once your application is approved, commissions are paid from your very first qualifying sale.
Referral attribution is permanent. When a prospect visits CEO Circle through your unique referral link, they are credited to your account with no expiry date. If they subscribe at any point in the future — whether immediately or months later — the resulting commission is yours, for as long as that subscription remains active.
Where the term “lifetime commissions” appears in our marketing materials, it means commissions earned for the entire duration of the referred customer’s active subscription — not an unconditional perpetual payment. Commissions are not paid retroactively and cease automatically if the referred customer cancels, lapses, or fails to renew their subscription. No commission is due for any period in which the referred customer’s subscription is not active.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
No Earnings Guarantee
Any income figures or examples shown on the Ambassador Programme page or elsewhere on this website are illustrative only. They are based on the published commission rates applied to hypothetical subscription values and do not represent typical or guaranteed results. Individual earnings will vary depending on the size, engagement and quality of your network and the effort you invest in promotion. CEO Circle makes no guarantee of any specific level of income or commission. Participation in the Program does not constitute employment, a business opportunity, or a financial product.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as a material connection under the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) guidelines, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, or any other applicable UK law or regulation.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. CEO Circle reserves the right to require licence agreements from those who employ trademarks of CEO Circle in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with CEO Circle, however, is acceptable.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
- Any breach of the UK CAP Code or ASA guidelines applicable to affiliate and performance marketing.
In addition to the foregoing, CEO Circle reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
Affiliate Links and Brand Licence
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise the CEO Circle site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
CEO Circle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our brand name, logo and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with this Agreement. You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate and are not in violation of the conditions outlined in the Termination section. This licence terminates automatically upon termination of your Affiliate account.
Coupon and Deal Sites
CEO Circle occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorised deals applies to the specific affiliate.
- Affiliates may not bid on CEO Circle Coupons, CEO Circle Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available.
- Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific saving by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
- Users must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set.
- Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation when there are no coupons or deals available and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
Liability
CEO Circle will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by CEO Circle. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Data Protection
By participating in the Program, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data (including name, contact details, payment information and referral activity) for the purposes of administering the Program and making commission payments. Such data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
Changes to this Agreement
The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including commission rates, may be modified by us at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any material change, including changes to commission rates, by publishing the updated terms on this page and/or by notifying you via the email address registered to your Affiliate account. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program following notice of a change will constitute your acceptance of that change.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless CEO Circle and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorised by CEO Circle to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Support and Administrative Assistance
Technical support is not included in the Affiliate Program. The only exception is where there is an objectively verified malfunction of the platform. Support requests arising from an Affiliate’s unfamiliarity with or inability to use the platform — including, without limitation, navigation of the affiliate dashboard, tracking links, or referral code usage — constitute training or onboarding assistance and are not covered by this Agreement. Such requests will only be fulfilled upon payment of an additional fee.
Administrative requests are likewise outside the scope of this Agreement. These include, without limitation: clarifications regarding commission calculations; queries about referral code attribution; requests for payment breakdowns or invoice amendments; and the handling of physical items associated with the Program, such as the replacement or redelivery of a lost company card (for which, in addition to any fee charged by the issuing bank, an administrative handling fee will also apply). Such requests will only be fulfilled upon payment of an applicable fee.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a given request constitutes a platform malfunction or a training or administrative request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the CEO Circle affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the CEO Circle application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
Self-Billing Agreement
By taking part in the CEO Circle affiliate programme you enter into a self-billing arrangement with CEO Circle Limited (company no. 17236814), under which:
- CEO Circle Limited will raise self-billing invoices on your behalf for all affiliate commissions due to you, for the duration of this agreement, and you agree to accept them.
- You agree not to raise your own sales invoices for the commissions covered by this arrangement. Business affiliates may additionally upload a copy of their own invoice in the Affiliate Area; this does not change the arrangement.
- Commissions are currently outside the scope of VAT and no VAT is shown on the self-billing invoices. If you are or become VAT-registered you must notify CEO Circle immediately.
- This self-billing agreement is reviewed every 12 months from the date of your acceptance. Self-billing invoices are raised only while a valid agreement is in place.
