1. About us and these terms
This website and service are operated by CEO CIRCLE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17236814, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. You can contact us at support@ceocircle.co.uk.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our service at https://ceocircle.co.uk. They should be read together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
2. The service
We provide a paid subscription giving access to a members-only area containing educational content. The service is entirely digital; we do not sell any physical products and we do not provide coaching, consultancy or any other one-to-one services. Access to the members’ area is granted for the duration of an active subscription.
2.1 Technical support and administrative assistance
Technical support is not included in the subscription. The only exception is where there is an objectively verified malfunction of the platform. Support requests arising from a user’s unfamiliarity with or inability to use the platform — including, without limitation, navigation, account settings, or content access — constitute training or onboarding assistance and are not covered by the subscription. Such requests will only be fulfilled upon payment of an additional fee.
Administrative requests are likewise outside the scope of the subscription. These include, without limitation: amendments to receipts or invoices; clarifications regarding payments; commission calculations for affiliates; and guidance on the correct use of referral codes by customers or ambassadors. Such requests will only be fulfilled upon payment of an applicable fee.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a given request constitutes a platform malfunction or a training or administrative request.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person. Please notify us immediately at support@ceocircle.co.uk if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
5. Subscriptions, prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
- Subscriptions are recurring. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the recurring subscription fee to your payment method.
- We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice in advance.
6. Cancellation and refunds
There is no minimum term and no contractual lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time, on your own, from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access to the members’ area until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- The cancellation then takes effect from the following billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Fees already paid for the current (or any past) period are non-refundable.
6.1 Right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period) and your waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days for a full refund. However, because we provide immediate access to digital content, the following applies when you subscribe:
By subscribing and accessing the members’ area, you expressly request and consent to the service beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory right to cancel and to a refund once access has been provided. You confirm this consent at the point of purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your account or login details with others; copy, record, download (except where expressly permitted), reproduce, resell, redistribute or publicly share any of the content in the members’ area; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content in the members’ area — including text, videos, materials, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to CEO CIRCLE LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal use for the duration of your subscription. All other rights are reserved.
9. Disclaimer
The content provided is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information. We make no guarantee of any particular results or outcomes from using the content, and any decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Affiliate programme
We operate a separate affiliate programme. Participation in that programme is governed by its own separate terms and conditions, which are not part of this agreement.
12. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update or modify the service and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date. Significant changes affecting your subscription will be notified to you in advance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
